Cherie Rui Min is a vocal coach, performing artist, and creative director with over 20 years of performance experience and more than a decade of teaching.

A graduate of Berklee College of Music and the School of the Arts Singapore, Cherie brings a contemporary, artist-focused approach to music education — shaped by her work as both an educator and active music practitioner in Singapore and Los Angeles.

As an artist and songwriter, her work has been published and represented by major music publishers including Warner Chappell Music, Universal Music Publishing Group, and Sony Music, giving her firsthand insight into the creative, technical, and professional demands of today’s music industry.

Beyond private coaching, she has led and contributed to a range of artistic and community initiatives. She served as Vocal Director for ChildAid 2024, founded the NAC-funded platform AnthemX, and co-led UNHEARD - a charity concert initiative with Daughters of Tomorrow that raised SGD 22,000 in support of underprivileged women in Singapore.

Through CRM CREATIVE, Cherie is committed to bringing world-class, Berklee-inspired music education to Singapore, bridging strong technical foundations with real-world artistry and creative purpose.

JOSHUA EVAN LEE

(Recording Artist Experience)

Joshua Evan Lee is a record producer, songwriter/composer, audio engineer and pianist based in Singapore and the United States.

As a record producer, Joshua works with artists to conceptualize and refine their musical vision. His main task in this process is to turn these abstract ideas into a fully-realized audio productions. This involves working both in the creative and technical domains from songwriting, orchestration and arranging to vocal and instrumental recording, editing and mixing.

Joshua is also contracted by labels and producers to execute specialized tasks within external audio productions, primarily in vocal production and mixing. He has developed a niche as a vocal producer, working intimately with artists to deliver, capture and compile their best vocal performance possible in the recording and post-production stages.

His clients range from independent artists to major labels such as Warner Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment and companies such as Foodpanda, Subaru and Mediacorp. His productions have amassed over 10 million streams.

As an educator, Joshua is passionate about nurturing students’ holistic musicianship and prioritizes teaching practical skills that students can retain and apply in the future.

Joshua received a Bachelor of Music at the Berklee College of Music, majoring in Music Production and Engineering.

He is 1/2 of producer/songwriter artist duo Cherie Joshie, formerly known as SLAYN, working alongside Joshua Evan Lee. Cherie Joshie’s music has garnered the attention of many in South-East Asia and was featured on playlists like New Music Friday (Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong), Top Hits Singapore, and Singapore Viral 50 on Spotify. Cherie Joshie charted #7 on New Music Friday Singapore and #11 on Top Hits Singapore.

GREGORY MEISENZAHL

(Music Director; Guitar, Bass, Saxophone)

Gregory Meisenzahl is a musician, educator, and music director from New York with extensive experience as both a performer and teacher.

A graduate of Berklee College of Music, Greg trained in performance, songwriting, and music business, developing a versatile approach to music that bridges technical proficiency with practical industry knowledge. His work spans the classroom, stage, and professional music industry, bringing real-world musicianship into educational environments.

As a performer, Greg has appeared as a guitarist and saxophonist alongside internationally recognized artists including Katy Perry, J Balvin, Carly Rae Jepsen, Leon Bridges, Mumford & Sons, Bela Fleck, Grace Potter, and Nile Rodgers, and has performed at major events such as Austin City Limits Festival, South by Southwest (SXSW), Late Night with Seth Meyers, and the Variety Power of Women Gala.

Alongside his performance career, Greg has built a strong track record as a music educator and director. He has taught and mentored students for more than eight years across a wide range of skill levels, including children and students with special educational needs. His teaching spans guitar, saxophone, bass, piano, and music theory, with a focus on clear technical foundations, adaptable musicianship, and practical creative development.

Greg has also served as a music director and professional touring musician, combining leadership in live performance settings with a student-centered approach to education. Through his work as both a performer and teacher, he aims to prepare students not only for academic music training but also for the evolving demands of the contemporary music industry.
